How to Enable Email Notifications for Leads
Go to “Configure”
In your Playzo dashboard, select Configure from the main menu.
Scroll down to “Email Notifications”
Add an Email Address
Click the “Add Email” button.
Enter the email address where you want lead notifications delivered.
Confirm or save the email address to finalize the setup.
What to Expect
Instant Alerts: Each time someone submits a lead, the specified email(s) will receive a notification with the lead details.
Easy Management: Remove or update emails in the same section if roles or responsibilities change.
That’s it! With email notifications enabled, your team will stay up-to-date on new leads as soon as they come in.
