2. What Data Does Playzo Store?

3. How Can I Manage My Data?
Playzo provides a self-service GDPR control panel under the "Account" tab, allowing you to:

Go to "Account" in Playzo Dashboard
Select the data categories you want to export
Click "Export My Data"
3.2 View or Rectify Your Data

Steps:
Go to "Account" in the Playzo Dashboard
Click "View My Data" to see what information Playzo has stored
Click "Rectify My Data" to correct any inaccurate details
3.3 Restrict or Object to Data Processing
π« If you do not want Playzo to process your data, you can request to:
Restrict Processing β Temporarily halt data collection.
Object to Processing β Stop Playzo from using your data in certain cases.
Steps:
Go to "Account" in the Playzo Dashboard
Click "Restrict Processing" (Yellow button)
Click "Object to Processing" (Red button)
π Note: Some processing (e.g., for account security) may still be required.
3.4 Manage Automated Decisions
π€ If Playzo makes automated decisions based on your data, you can manage this setting.
Steps:
Go to "Account" in the Playzo Dashboard
Click "Automated Decisions" (Purple button)
Enable or disable automated decision-making
3.5 Delete Your Account & Data Permanently
ποΈ If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily.
Steps:
Go to "Account" in the Playzo Dashboard
Scroll down to "Delete Account"
Click "Delete My Account"
Confirm your choice (this action is irreversible)
π Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
4. Alternative Option: Request Data Actions via Email
If you prefer, you can request any GDPR-related action by contacting us directly.

When users fill out lead forms on Playzo-powered games or quizzes, we strongly recommend including:
β A checkbox to accept your brandβs Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. β A direct link to your Privacy Policy for full transparency. β Embedded policy text (optional) for users to review before submitting.
