  1. Basics

GDPR Compliance

At Playzo, we prioritize data privacy and security. We are fully GDPR compliant, meaning you have full control over your data. This guide explains how you can access, manage, and delete your data using our self-service tools under the "Account" tab or by contacting our support team. 1. Is Playzo GDPR Compliant?

βœ… Yes! Playzo complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other global data protection laws.

We ensure:

  • Transparency – Clear policies on what data we collect and how we use it.

  • User Control – You can access, modify, export, or delete your data anytime.

  • Data Security – We store data securely on AWS India (Bengaluru) with encryption and access controls.

  • Lawful Processing – We process data based on user consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest.

  • International Transfers – We comply with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) when transferring data outside the EU/EEA.

πŸ“Œ Want more details? Request our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by emailing support@playzo.io.
