Quiz Certificate

To use certificates effectively, add a Lead Screen so the certificate can automatically fetch the participant’s name. Simply navigate to the "Configure" tab in the Quiz, toggle on Lead Screen, adjust its position relative to the End Screen, and hit Save.

1. Navigate to “End Screen” tab

2. Select a Score Range

   • Look under “Quiz Over Cases”.

   • Pick the score range(s) you want to offer a certificate for. For example, you might only want to reward a certificate to those who achieve a certain percentage or higher.

   • Click Edit Icon for that specific range to open its settings.

1. Enable the Certificate

   • In the popup, find Certificate and toggle it on to activate certificate generation for that score range.

1. Set Up the “Generate Certificate” Button

• In the “Generate Certificate Button” section, you can:

  • Upload a custom button image (for example, a branded “Get Certificate” button).

  • Resize or reposition it as you like.

  • When the participant clicks this button, it will display the certificate.

1. Customize the Certificate Styling

• Under “Certificate Settings,” you’ll find tools to format and brand your certificate:

  • Background Image: Upload an image that includes your logo or any design element.

    • Adjust the background size to fit the entire screen or only part of the screen.

  • Title: Add a title like “Certificate of Participation” (or any other text) and format its style (font, color, size) and position.

  • Description: Add a subtitle or description and format it similarly (styling and position).

  • Participant’s Name: This field will auto-populate in the middle of the certificate based on what the user entered on the lead form. If the lead form is not filled it will come empty!

  • Footer: Include any extra details you want—such as date, signature, or disclaimers—and format them (styling and position).

Tips for an Effective Certificate

• Keep it On-Brand: Use colors, logos, and fonts consistent with your organization.

• Short & Clear Titles: Make sure the main title (like “Certificate of Excellence”) is prominent.

• Recognize Achievements: If you only want to certify high-scorers, set the minimum threshold accordingly.

• Test Before Launch: Always preview how your certificate looks on different devices.

That’s it! Once your participants finish the quiz and meet the required score, they’ll be able to click the “Generate Certificate” button and instantly view (or save) their personalized certificate.
